This year, the VEX Robotics California - Region 4 Regional Championship (ERC) is being hosted by STEAM Ahead Foundation at the Town and Country Resort and Convention Center. With this, there are many financial considerations that need to be addressed, including:

Cost to rent out the facility ~ $32k

Pipe and drape costs ~ $25k

Lunch costs for staff ~ $18k

Electricity contract price ~ $12k

Audio visual ~ $11k

Room pricing for staff ~ $6.6k

Wifi pricing ~ $2k
